1. ipm receive a brief from SDM Executive
2. ipm complete site survey and respond via the SDM Executive
3. Dealer selects the required site(s)
4. ipm make the the booking, negotiate the price and issue the necessary confirmations
5. Dealers discuss creative and production with the SDM Executive
6. Creative artwork sent to ipm (see production specifications)
7. Printer sends proof to Dealer/SDM Executive for approval
8. Poster(s) printed and sent to the media owner
9. ipm issue posting instructions to the media owner
10. Media owner posts the site within 48 hours of the start date
11. Photograph taken by the relevant ipm regional manager
