Following the success of the Tiffany store at Heathrow Terminal 5, Tiffany & co have launched their 8th London store in Heathrow Terminal 3. The store, which replicates the style of the New York flagship, opened on 4th December 2009. Tiffany have used the Heathrow Express on board network to support the launch and drive pre Christmas traffic.
These panels target the affluent business audience using the Heathrow Express travelling between London Paddington and Heathrow. On top of this they also target the transfer audience between Terminal 5 and terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Taking only 15 minutes, the Heathrow Express is the fastest way to get between London and Heathrow, and it carries over 5m passengers a year. Of these, 68% are travelling on business, 63% are AB and 99% ABC1. This represents the elite of the Heathrow audience and perfectly matches the Tiffany target audience.
